PoolHop, Inc., its owners, associated companies, agents, and officers (“we” or “us”) provide a subscription pool chemical service and information on our website, subscription services and blog (collectively “Services”) to our Customers and website and blog Users (collectively “Customer”, “you”, or “your”). “Personal Data” means any information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual or identify an individual in context.
Personally Identifiable Data: When you enter information on our site we may ask for your name, date of birth, email or mailing address, phone number, business name, website URL or other details to provide our Services and improve your user experience. If you subscribe to our Service we will collect data related to the size and usage of your pool, water source and related information specific to your pool to allow us to accurate calculate and recommend necessary chemicals and treatments and to fulfill your subscription.
Payment and Subscription Data: We do not collect personal information for payment. We use third-party processors for order fulfillment, email services, etc. to provide our Services. They may collect Personal Data, so you should check their respective Privacy Policies: WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe, SendGrid, Agile CRM, and PayPal.
Usage Data: We may collect data about your use of our Services such as the values of your searches, previous purchases, etc. to improve your experience and our Services.

We may receive and store information such as an IP address, device ID, geographic, demographic and your activities on our website or blog. We may store this information, or it may be stored in databases owned and maintained by affiliates, agents, or service providers. We use our best efforts to protect your Personal Data from loss, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, misuse, or destruction. You should understand that no internet or email transmission is fully secure or error free. We treat all users equally regardless of location. You may unsubscribe from emails by clicking the “unsubscribe” link, or edit your profile setting if applicable. You may cancel your Pool Chemical Subscription at any time in accordance with our Terms of Service and subscription agreement. You may opt out from cookie-related processing as explained in the “Cookies” explanation under “Data We Collect” above. If you are in EEA, Canada, Costa Rica, or other non-US jurisdiction, you may have legal rights to obtain confirmation of whether we hold your Personal Data, access your Personal Data (including in portable form), and to correct, update, amend or delete your Personal Data. We also agree to the Individual Redress Principle which provides that individuals have the right to legally pursue enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law. This principle requires not only that individuals have enforceable rights against data users, but also that individuals have recourse to courts or government agencies to investigate and/or prosecute non-compliance by data processors.

On receipt of your request, we verify your identity for your protection prior to initiating any action. Once verified, we begin processing your request and respond within 30 days.
